In hot yoga I struggle with staying relaxed bc it’s so hot but I appreciated the reminder. Fav teacher I’ve been to and excited for more classes :D

Voir tous les avisThis was my first time doing a trampoline class. It was challenging and fun. Fast paced - the time seemed to fly. Another more experienced classmate showed me how to modify (she could tell I was a newbie - thank you April! :). …) so that was really helpful! Hint: It is okay to hold on to the barre while doing some fancy trampoline footwork. I not the most coordinated person so that was helpful to me. Another fun Class Pass experience! Will go back!
