Voir tous les avisWOW, what a class!! This is not my first time at ELEVATE Fitness, but it is my first Functional HIIT class. And man did it pack a punch. Such a great full body workout that was easy on my joints plus hit all target areas and muscles groups: legs, arms, back, shoulders, chest, abs, obliques, you name it. The music playlist is FIRE and Maggie is AWESOME. This is one of my favorite studios on ClassPass. I keep coming back for more. I always have so much fun doing my own thing and it's a great neighborhood-friendly vibe.

Voir tous les avisFantastic class with Hoang. Great way to start the week. All the cues, music, poses, and level of heat were superb and intentional. Thank you, Hoang. There was the right amount of people in class for it to stay heated but not cramped and sticky. Studio was super clean and front desk was super helpful. Looking forward to the next class!

Voir tous les avisWhat a welcoming, warm group! And a great workout - a little running, a big variety of exercises like planks with shoulder taps, double stair climbing, sit-ups, etc. We threw dice to get rep counts - fun - and finished with a group photo. I loved being outdoors, also.
