She even introduced me to another girl in the class that I could follow along with! I was nervous but it was such a welcoming environment! They also validate parking which is a bonus!

Voir tous les avisSuch a good class! Stacey has been doing this unique work-out-ball class for 20+ years as something he came up after being a physical therapist and it shows!! The class took core strength, balance, mobility and fun to a whole new level. I couldn’t stop smiling. I felt very encouraged by my fellow classmates as well. Very welcoming and encouraging. Definitely want to come back and bring friends! So different!
