Voir tous les avisAs an avid orange theory gal, I felt like this was very similar in terms of the exercises. Worked the full body and got my heart pumping. This class is not a beginner class and I appreciated the energy. The circuit made class go by so quickly

Voir tous les avisBeautifully executed class. Music amazing. Teacher was excellent. My only feedback - wish this studio had more 5lb weights. At least 6 people came in after me and all those weights were gone. Nothing to do with this class just the studio. Thank you!!

Voir tous les avisI had no idea what to expect because I’ve never seen/heard of anything like this before but it was so fun!! The instructor was encouraging and gave clear instructions. She even used my name even though it was my first time there. The music was fun (lots of Kesha and Brittney) and the exercises were challenging but not too challenging. I loved it and definitely will be back!

Voir tous les avisTough class but amazing instructors. There was a good mixture of cardio and strength, which is great for the heart rate. It’s a very clean gym where everyone is kind and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend if you want a great workout!
