You never feel pressured to hit choreography perfectly but there is always room for challenge if you are willing to push yourself. Her music is great as well. I always leave class knowing I had a good workout and pushed myself.

Offers modifications and makes you feel comfortable taking them or going at your own pace. Is very engaged during class: asks how everyone is doing, walks around and helps people. Great energy and music. And most importantly, the workout is great - always challenging, different in each class, so you won't get bored if you come every week.
