Thora always challenges you in such a good way so that you really feel you used everything you got while still having fun. Leaving with the best feeling and the best start to a Sunday 🤩

He prepared the class for every level, so it’s not intimidating to go even if you’ve never done anything of the sort but he also finds ways of making it challenging if you already have a certain level. Her calm and soothing voice makes such a difference — even when you’re pushing yourself through a difficult exercise, the atmosphere still feels peaceful and relaxing. She offered different variations of an exercise for more beginners or advanced people. The class was clearly well planned ahead, she didn’t just come up with it in the moment, which was so reassuring because I experienced in other classes that the teachers were like: “oook, what should we do now…”. I will definitely return to this class!

The whole experience was very relaxing and grounding. the little snacks and drinks at the end to slowly get back to normal life are a nice touch.
