She was very interactive with everyone in the class, always smiley and positive, which made the whole experience really enjoyable. It honestly felt like a real change compared to other clubs I’ve visited before. ENERGII definitely had the best vibe and energy out of all the clubs I tried. Instruktøren var virkelig dygtig til at guide én igennem det hele på en rolig og tryg måde, og man mærkede tydeligt hvordan kroppen åbnede sig undervejs. Kombinationen af de lange positioner og triggerpointmassagen med boldene var noget andet end almindelig yoga – på en rigtig god måde. Endte med en afspænding der sad i kroppen længe efter.
