Gusmester Louie var god til at tale os igennem oplevelsen. Vær forberedt på at klæde om i en kølig skurvogn med dunkel belysning - var glad for jeg havde pakket morgenkåben :-)

It began with getting centered along with warming up from the cold januar weather in the infrared sauna .Then I was placed in the kind and skilled care of Body Therapist and Masseuse, Parwin to realign my body. Finally, the experience ended with a respiratory cleansing in the salt room. Left relaxed and ready to take on the week! The rest of the staff was also super sweet!
