Her energy was just electric first thing in the morning, I think this was a great way to start the day. I do wish there was someone that explained the bike a little more and how to unblock your shoes? Over all though, Rachel was great the music was amazing and I loved how dark it gets in there!

Voir tous les avisClass and instructor was great. I can’t really tell the difference between this version and the candle lit version. This class was less hot compared to candle lit but not sure if that was intentional or due to fewer people in class today. The way the instructor does the class is different from the other instructor too. In this class I think we held the poses longer and the music was different. I love both so try both and see which one you like more!

Think of it as free therapy, because the gems Mike drops throughout class makes you think of life in a different perspective- a better one. It also doesn’t hurt that his music is a good mix- which gets you more into the class

Voir tous les avisThis was such a fun class! It’s the type of class that helps you step out of your comfort zone, which is so different than many other workout classes. It’s all fun dance movements, but amazing cardio! Would recommend to try!!

Voir tous les avis54D! I’ve been wanting to visit this place for years. I first started doing the training during the pandemic and became obsessed did the virtual training for a bit before stopping. Now I do a combination or other trainings but when I saw this class on ClassPass I knew i had to make it to class. I loved every minute, every sweat, the environment and the training. The class is tough if you have ever done hitt or like cardio just beware it will kick your butt but so worth it!

The instructors went above and beyond; I felt like I was in a Bollywood movie or Indian wedding, AND I got an incredible cardio workout! Not only was the music, dancing, and choreography on point, the atmosphere they created really transported you across the globe! There were costumes, bindis, henna, Indian snacks, a live drummer!! I could go to this class every month, please make it a regular event!!
