Voir tous les avisThis is the cycling class I’ve been looking for all along. Allison was AMAZING. The energy in the room was unbelievable. She made the class spontaneous and fun! I’ve gone to plenty of other places for cycling classes and the routines are so repetitive and rhythm of songs are all the same (typically always double time) I enjoy cycling classes that incorporates all cadences including slower/high resistance climbs, double time, sprints, jumps out of the saddle, and choreo. Allison hit every single style in class including a section dedicated to just upper body work. Her playlist was on point and change of tempos flowed perfectly to function as active recovery vs active work. I’ll be ditching those other cycling classes that all they do is double time and sprints the whole class and I’ll be joining Allison’s versatile class instead!

Voir tous les avisI loved today’s class. Patricia feels like such a traditional yoga instructor which is rare to find now a days. She guides you through each pose and ensures you are in correct form, she reminds you what yoga is all about, she is encouraging to all, and challenging. I really enjoyed her class and will be going back.

Voir tous les avis54D! I’ve been wanting to visit this place for years. I first started doing the training during the pandemic and became obsessed did the virtual training for a bit before stopping. Now I do a combination or other trainings but when I saw this class on ClassPass I knew i had to make it to class. I loved every minute, every sweat, the environment and the training. The class is tough if you have ever done hitt or like cardio just beware it will kick your butt but so worth it!

I am excited to come back to this place, it’s very versatile with a grass area, boxing classes, weights, Pilates.
