Voir tous les avisThis was my first time at this studio! I really enjoyed this class, I loved that it was small in size and the workout was perfectly challenging. Lauren is very friendly and warm as an instructor as well. Bummed classpass users only get to take 2 classes. It would also be helpful to add more instruction on check in process.

Voir tous les avisSpiritual focused class with chants and meditation. You’ll still break a sweat as you will do repetitive motions with chants for multiple rounds. Instructor offered food to the class at the end which was nice. Overall it was an experience and if you haven’t done kundalini yoga before make sure to look it up before you go.

Voir tous les avisWhat a fantastic class today!!! Bri and Teran were excellent instructors and brought liveliness to my Saturday morning in CDM. Because of the smaller nature of the class, Bri and Teran had plenty of time to correct form if needed, provide modifications, and increase my intensity. The gym is clean and the community is wonderful. Will be coming back! Additional perk- down the street from the Saturday farmers market on Marguerite!

Voir tous les avisAnother fabulousss class with Nealie! 👏 Her classes are fun and she’s very knowledgeable about Pilates. I learn a lot from her every time. I also enjoy how each Pilates class is different. There’s only about 4 reformers here, so you get lots of attention. Studio is clean, the space has natural lighting, and parking is easy. 👍😊
