The machines are really nice and comfortable and it’s a smaller class size so feels more personal. Will definitely be coming back.

The front desk lady was down to Earth, friendly, & not pushy with trying to sell us classes / the membership, which I appreciated. My bestie who went with me of course still bought since she lives in the area. I thought of even buying even though I’m not in the area. I will say this place just about all the things I like from different spin classes they had - some weights (nice they had different lower weight increments which you don’t really see), difficulty but also encouraging to beginners, loved the music selection, and amazing trainer. Thanks for a great class, Holly!

Voir tous les avisTaylor is such a great instructor, her classes are 🔥🔥 so fun, and challenging in the best way. I am very picky about music in spin classes and the wrong music can be so distracting and mess up my energy, Tay’s mixes are always great. in this class she mixed a song from the new future album which came out 3 days ago… so she is on top of it and clearly putting effort into selecting the music for class! I love this studio, I have tried many others but I always end up back at level up. Highlights: GREAT AIR CONDITIONING (so important for me), ample room between bikes (seriously, so much personal space), doesn’t feel culty like many other spin studios, music and instructors are great. One thing I want to note is that I LOVE when the instructor brings out chilled eucalyptus towels and I always look forward to it after class but sometimes they don’t bring them out. Not a huge deal but I really enjoy when they do!
