Voir tous les avisThis was my first yoga class ever and I wanted to do hot yoga cause I used to be a dancer and it felt nostalgic of the stretches we used to do. Joey was extremely easy to follow and made it very clear how we were supposed to transition between poses and also what each pose should look like. His directions were clear and concise and he didn’t move too quickly which helped me to keep up. I am excited to book more classes with him in the future.
