Voir tous les avisThis class really hit the spot. The instructor asked each of us which body parts we wanted to work on before class. I felt so relaxed and like I got some great stretching in. I would definitely take this class again. Not to mention the studio is beautiful.

Voir tous les avisThe live music was a VIBE! The instructor was amazing and I liked the sequences. I felt challanged and accomplished all at the same time. The event aesthetic and space was also incredibly beautiful - fake plants and candle light. Not to mention they also gave everyone in the class a Yerba mate. 10/10 recommend
