Voir tous les avisWOW this was my type of workout! Not extreme but not easy. Instructor was awesome and engaging. Music was on point. Had a nice relaxation stretch period at the end. Loved that all the equipment was provided for me and was ready at my station when I arrived. I’ll be back!

The instructor had great energy, the front staff was super nice, and the whole setup was really nice/clean if you want to freshen up before or after class. 10/10 recommend!
