Voir tous les avisKatie is a fantastic teacher! It’s clear she has years of expertise in both Pilates and teaching. You will come away not only having a high quality workout but having learned something about relevant exercise anatomy and kinesiology principles. Note, this is an intermediate/advanced class, you definitely need a strong core foundation first.

Beginner Heels Dance Class
Voir tous les avisLOVE. I always wanted to do heals class and I’m so happy I found one so close by!!! I will definitely be attending. We did floor work(if you can’t do floor work she gives the standing up version for it, which is so considerate and great)! They do classes twice out of the month. And heals aren’t mandatory. If you want to tap into your feminine, this is definitely the class.

Voir tous les avisThe instructor was friendly and introduced herself to me while we waited for the room to open up. It was a small class and only 2 other students aside from myself. One of them I actually knew from figure skating! The instructor did a great job at showing me how to do each move on each side and stood on each side of the room so I could see both sides. The class was fun and I enjoyed the combinations!
