I didn’t know anything lol I just followed along with what everyone else was doing. Maybe it was too hot and my ears could fully grasp the words 😆 but it was an amazing workout.

Voir tous les avisMy first time at xcore and i really enjoyed the class! The machines are easy to use, but being super new, i was very unfamiliar with the movements. That being said, the instructor did a great job of making adjustments for me so i could do the movements to the fullest

Voir tous les avisLena is an outstanding instructor and her class is always challenging and the poses flow very beautifully. Another reason I look forward to the class is the music! It's energizing, beautiful and since there are no lyrics, the music is not distracting.
