Voir tous les avisSo much fun and perfect amount of time at each station - spin, strength, and yoga. Instructor Morgan was go great! She has so much energy and perfect rhythm on the bike. She covered the entire floor checking in on everyone during strength. And ended with a calming yoga flow. Definitely recommend the class and Morgan!!
