Voir tous les avisFabulous class today! The instructor was amazing, super supportive and encouraging but not pushy, which was great for me being in a hot room for the first time in a long time. She provided lots of helpful feedback for the taking. The studio is clean, bright, airy, and welcoming. The locker rooms have everything you need as you dash out of the hot clash. Their rental mats are in excellent condition.

Voir tous les avisThe space was nice but I had trouble opening the door because you have to get the app and sign up a number and create an account. It was a lot. I was 10 mins late and only got to workout for 20mins. I think they should simplify it more.

Voir tous les avis30 minutes really isn’t enough time considering you literally can’t get in until the MOMENT your reservation starts. It takes time to take off your coat/winter clothes, set up music if you wanna use the speaker, set up and sanitize (let’s say 3 minutes) plus a super minimal 5 minute warm up and maybe 2 minutes to stretch- that leaves you with 20 minutes left to actually workout (but you have to get rebundled to outside and clean up after yourself so really more like 17 minutes)

Only thing I recommend is that for the warm ups its spoken more clearer about what to do for someone new or just returning. I wasn’t sure of the amount of time and the next exercise to do. Otherwise, can’t wait to go back!:)
