As a woman with a physical disability, it has been difficult to find a place where I feel welcomed, can train my body well, and be part of a community that is encouraging and accountable. I have found this at Train and Nourish. The staff is wonderful and any class is good for all levels of fitness. It is also accessible to people looking to exercise who have additional mobility needs. A wheelchair could roll right through the front door and get to work.

Voir tous les avisNancy brings lots of positive contagious energy SNA helpful guidance to the workout. Everyone attending was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The class is set up in stations with a mix of cardio and strengthen exercises that were challenging but modifiable to anyone’s fitness level. Highly recommend for a workout that will get your heart rare up while listening to great music and sharing a few laughs with the group.
