Her cues were on point and it’s always an extra benefit when the instructor calls you out personally during class when you’re doing something right or well, and Christine did that! Luckily there was only 3 of us in the class so I felt a little more comfortable. Tara, the instructor, was great. She was very nice and helpful with repositioning and helping improve form.

The class was high energy and fast, but you could still pace yourself as a beginner to learn the combinations since the coach walks around and gives feedback. You will go through 8 (3-min) rounds of combos with some core and cardio mixed in. You can expect to leave class feeling energized and powerful.

I had no prior experience with boxing, and Adrian does a phenomenal job working with you personally. He’s got a great attitude about fitness and wants to pursue your personal fitness goals through the lens of boxing. There’s a lot of technique involved, but I always get a great workout in and a solid sweat. It’s a great community to be a part of!
