Open Gym
Voir tous les avisDropped In from OOT to Olympic Lift. Coolest gym I have ever been to. All kinds of equipment for weightlifting kept on pristine condition (no rust here). Plenty of gym space. Vibe was fun. The owner is extremely knowledgeable on the sport & helpful. 3 red light saunas, clearly marked areas. Everything clean. Bathroom with shower. Neon accent lighting was a great touch in certain areas. Will be back!

Voir tous les avisTheresa was so welcoming and she explained the benefits of each modality as she took me through the process. I feel like she gave me a really good introduction to the studio and all the little intricacies of wiping things down and how to transition between things, and she was so encouraging with the cold plunge! It was a great experience and I’m looking forward to making Reset a part of my routine!

Voir tous les avisJackie was awesome! She had me feeling relaxed and ready for vacation! The pressure is firm but my muscles are so relaxed and I feel drained of anything built up. I loved the red light mask during the massage and the sauna was nice and slowly built up heat. I will 100% be back again!

Voir tous les avisWow wow wow. First massage in Denver since I moved here and I certainly wont look elsewhere. My practitioner, Raya, was professional , kind, and listened to my needs and fulfilled them perfectly. Ive had a lot of massages in this country and others and this was by far a stand out. The environment was also phenomenal. Beds are heated and super comfy. I will be back outside of class pass.
