Voir tous les avisKatie was awesome! Loved her energy and cueing. I’ve been coming to transform for 5 years and sometimes you get used to the typical instructor. Katie had some new challenges that I really enjoyed. Her formatting was great unfortunately for Katie the mic was cutting out and doing some weird stuff, but she handled it with grace, if she became a regular at Rino/Lodo I would definitely check out her classes.

She explained the flow of the class, went over how to use the platform, and was very encouraging throughout the workout. I got the Pilates shakes-definitely kicked my butt. Overall the place was super clean, very friendly staff, and a variety of workout classes. I will definitely be coming back :)
