She explained the flow of the class, went over how to use the platform, and was very encouraging throughout the workout. I got the Pilates shakes-definitely kicked my butt. Overall the place was super clean, very friendly staff, and a variety of workout classes. I will definitely be coming back :)

Additional bonus, we did moves not normally taught at my regular studio, and I was challenged in doing something completely different. Great studio. Clean and spacious. Definitely recommended 🦾
