Voir tous les avisHad a great ride! I arrived early and the instructor, Chanel, gave me an orientation of the bike setting and some of the things we would be doing in the class. Then we were off! What an amazing workout is was. i don't think in ever sweat as much as I did!!! I have already booked again.

The trainers always have modifications for any exercise if you need it and truly care about you and your fitness goals. My wife and I are very lucky to have found this gym and felt so welcomed since day one.
