Voir tous les avisThis class was amazing! Small (only 3 people, though I’m not sure if it’s always like that) and very informative. I liked the very relaxed and open vibe. Gii encouraged us to talk to each other and ask her questions whenever needed, which was definitely needed. I was adequately challenged for a gentle yoga class and never felt pressured to force specific poses I couldn’t do comfortably. I loved it!

I went to Breathe yesterday and it was truly amazing! I was able to stretch and Danielle did some hands-on adjustments to make my stretches more glorious. Then, the mediation was definitely what I needed before I ran off to work.

It’s worth a shot because you will love it here , they provide mats and other neccessities and the space is calming and beautiful

Voir tous les avisHad a massage with Mindy and she was wonderful 💖 she kept asking me if I was comfortable, took her time with the massage and even gave me pointers on how to alíviate troubled areas. When I was all done I got a complimentary Ice tea and a Matcha candy. Can’t wait to come back! Only feedback is that I asked if I could book with her again through class pass and was told no, I would be assigned to someone random 😕 only work around that is to book directly with them outside of class pass.
