Voir tous les avisI have to say, this is definitely one of the top-notch places I've ever exercised at. The atmosphere was incredibly friendly, and I had the opportunity to brush up on my Spanish skills. The instructor was extremely easy to approach, as he not only showed us every single movement but also made sure our form was correct and kept us motivated throughout the entire class. I absolutely adored how they seamlessly transitioned from the treadmill to weights and even included rowing machine. By the end of the session, I had burned a whopping 500 calories.

My practice had become very rusty over the years but she was quick to take a lot of that rust off quickly with careful instructions and posture corrections. What’s best is that it was a private class since others didn’t sign up or show up. I suggest this class highly to others but be warned that it’s no walk in the park (it is Ashtanga after-all) but you will feel comfortable. Namaste.
