Voir tous les avisSUCH a great zen class!! i appreciate how focused she is on body sensations, it was helpful to know where I should be feeling pinches, stretches, etc. It was a little warm in the studio, but the instructor turned that into something positive by setting a shared intention to *melt.* Totally reframed how I approached my practice today, and changed it for the better !!

Voir tous les avisFun class and super easy to follow but you must bring shoes to dance in! These floors are not sprung wood in fact they are covered concrete so your joints will not thank you for dancing barefoot. Just come prepared and you’ll have a great time 😊
