I love how little standing work there is (because I usually find my muscles seizing when I have to stand so much). Voir tous les avisJayme kind of does an anatomy lesson with the yoga so it is a bit slower pace sometimes but you will really get the subtle alignment pieces correct. While it’s not cardio heavy, don’t be fooled, it is definitely still a strength workout. I rarely am sore the next day after a yoga class but I am after Jayme’s classes.
