The class is high-energy, with a little "crazy dance" (as she calls it!) at the beginning and end, combined with an intense weighted workout. Will definitely come back💪🏼🔥

Voir tous les avisThe class with Anastasia was great! However, I think ClassPass or the place should notify members whenever a trainer changes. It's disappointing to book a class specifically with a particular trainer and then arrive to find someone else leading it without any prior notice. A notification would help manage expectations and allow members to decide whether they still want to attend.
