The class is high-energy, with a little "crazy dance" (as she calls it!) at the beginning and end, combined with an intense weighted workout. Will definitely come back💪🏼🔥

It makes you feel like you can push yourself while also knowing you're in the correct positions and not injuring yourself. It's disappointing to book a class specifically with a particular trainer and then arrive to find someone else leading it without any prior notice. A notification would help manage expectations and allow members to decide whether they still want to attend.

The building entry rules are not that great, you have to submit your original EID to get into the lift lobby. If not, you call someone from the studio to let you in. this is easily fixable if the building management accepts the booking confirmation and copy of the EID.

She was attentive to my injuries, at the same time pushed me a bit beyond my comfort level. The best reformer class I have done! The studio is beautiful and clean, the coffee is the cherry on top! The lady at reception is super helpful and friendly.

The instructor was nice, and she made sure to respect everyone’s needs in the class, from beginners, to those with injuries to more advanced students. She walked around the whole time helping with adjustments and corrections, which I really appreciated as a beginner. I felt she was motivating but did not push us too far.

Voir tous les avisI really enjoyed Rahma’s energy, and the class was challenging in a good way. However, I felt the studio itself could use some attention. The reformer carriage was squeaking and didn’t move smoothly, which affected the overall experience. The leather on the carriage was also visibly worn and damaged, and the cleanliness of the studio seemed like an area for improvement. Unfortunately, because of these issues, I don’t think I’ll be returning.
