Anisha’s personal attention to form has not only given me an incredible workout but sparked my interest in Muay Thai. I have recently had a surgery so he amended the workouts for me, and pushed me hard! I really appreciated his patience and encouragement (I needed it!). This session opened my eyes to boxing and I will be returning! The session was hard work but I had a lot of fun. Will be recommending to all!
