The movements pushed me in the best way, but still felt intentional and controlled rather than overwhelming. I like the set of exercises, the coaches were very friendly and encouraging, helpful and supportive. He was able to give me some one on one time and really show me where I can improve and also point out what I’m doing very well. The EMD fitness gym is also nice because it’s a pretty big facility. They have the punching bags, speed bag, a boxing ring, and proper gym equipment even for regular training. The environment is great, everyone is putting in work and motivating. Big shout out to Eriggo for getting me in the ring for the first time for some real one on one sparring. It’s my first class where I can say I walked away feeling a lot more confident. I will 110% be back to this location. They also offer free parking which is a added bonus 🙌🏾
