Voir tous les avisMansi’s classes are always great. She’s super energetic and makes them challenging. Been working out since 2 years. However, I’m very disappointed with the new class schedule. The 8pm slots used to be the main ones with lower body, upper body classes and were high intensity ones. Now they’re mostly beginner classes. Would appreciate it if the studio can go back to the original schedule.

I feel the people in the class support each other! It’s was amazing experience! I will give you one suggestion after the class end I was wanted to stay little bit at the balcony and some one from India staff he come to me start to tell me like you can’t stay there and he grab my staff he might be don’t know it’s my staff I was keep my water and some other staff this is okay but I don’t want any staff come to me and tell me what I have to do when I pay money for the class, I was feeling very hot so I need stay 5 miners on the balcony. It’s will be really appreciate if you tell that Indian guy don’t put me rules what to do and don’t touch personal staff while I m here on same room. Overall the class was amazing! And the atmosphere are fantastic! I really enjoyed the teacher and the people in the class this place always welcomed to everyone and I been there two times I really enjoyed! I will be back again! Atmosphere amazing the teachers really nice they ar every generous they have some staff for boxing and they share it to me it’s was very kind. I will be give 5 start to this place 💕

As a first-timer, I’m at ease coz she guide me and explained instructions I missed, and helped correct my posture whenever needed. The studio itself has a calm, soothing ambiance that creates the perfect environment. I’d also like to commend Cyndel for excellent customer service. She was very nice & helpful in ensuring that both my friend and I were booked into the right class. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!!
