The instructor was amazing — her voice, energy, and the whole atmosphere made the class such a beautiful experience from beginning to end. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. However, occasionally a selfish disrespectful attendee, like today, falls asleep during the session and snores loud and ruines sound healing experience for everyone. That is what happened in today session.In my opinion, instructors should brief the attendees before the session that if they start snoring, they will wake them up. And they do so during the sound bath. because one inconsiderate person ruins everybody's experience. Sound healing is all about listening to sounds and snores are not part of sound healing.

Shivanshi somehow makes you do more without pushing you too much, which I really appreciated. There were only two of us in the class, so it felt almost like a private session with plenty of attention. Nice atmosphere, good location, and great facilities. Definitely a different kind of challenge from reformer, and I loved it!
