It was one of the hardest classes I’ve done for a long time. It’s been a while since I did a class and felt challenged/defeated. Will definitely be booking into her class the next time I come back to Dubai!

The stretches really help to relive tightness in the body and you also get a good workout. The intensity of the class is a bit lower than the booty and abs class but it is the perfect combination of intensity, pace and stretching. Definitely take this class with Anastasia . I love all the trainers but the classes with Anastasia are just perfect and makes you feel so energized without overwhelming you.

The instructor guided us through each pose with patience and clarity, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the flow of movement and breath. By the end of the class, I felt rejuvenated both mentally and physically. I left the studio feeling lighter, more centered, and eager to return for another session.
