Voir tous les avisI had such a wonderful experience! It was just the right amount of challenging hot yoga I needed. It definitely pushed my limits but in a great way. Nancy was clear with her instructions, has a great sense of humour and overall a great instructor. Would highly recommend this for intermediate yogis!
