    Seriously the best cycling Ive taken in NC...like soulcycle but even more form focused and intense. Barre was fast paced and super effective, felt like I got more of a full body workout than other barre classes! Also music was on point.

    The staff were very welcoming. I loved the general setup and energy. Lots of diversity of people there. the instructor was great at explaining the moves and gave alternate options for more challenging ways to do the exercises. Will be back!
