Voir tous les avisI have been doing Yoga at home and now I decided to join a class to improve my form. It was my first time today and I appreciate when Yacine, the instructor, checked who had (previous) injuries or who are recovering from injuries before starting the session. This was my ultimate worry for not joining a class sooner because I was scared I might hurt myself or worsen my knee if the routines are advanced for my level. The studio was also clean and they provide mats and water.
