    Pilates Mixed Equipment- Beginner to Intermediate

    I loved this class. Ms. Valerie was welcoming and encouraging. The class is small which allows for personalized attention and less anxiety for beginners. The regular class participants were very welcoming as well. This Pilates studio is a hidden gem in the neighborhood. I had fun and had a good workout. I will definitely be back.
