Very clear instructions and consistently checking and correcting form. She is super supportive and encouraging also. Lionheart gym is awesome. Great space, great vibe, and great classes. Highly recommend.

Started with a quick stretch, then moved into a dynamic warmup followed by a circuit. 12 moves total at 6 stations, all giving options to amplify or modify. The instructor was high energy and encouraging. Pretty small space for the strength class which means small class size!
