I was totally new to all of this and she was thorough and patient in demonstrating all the exercises to me and adjusting my form. I felt seen by her and the other member in the class was welcoming and friendly too! I found this workout was adjusted for me to be just the right amount of challenging as well (not easy but also not discouragingly hard)!
