Voir tous les avisGood class! The space is a little tough to get to, but if you figure out parking, it ends up being a cool class space on the river. The classes are more intimate, and they have a good focus on body weight exercises tied with agility (since this program is meant to help build strength for MMA). Good instructor, attentive, and overall well timed!

Voir tous les avisI’m pretty sure this class is no longer available. When I arrived for the open level dance class, the signs directing us to the class led to dead ends. My friend and I checked every floor and asked others if they knew where the Dynamic Force Dance class is taking place and no one knew about it. When nothing came up from that, we called the number listed on their Instagram page which also led to a dead end. If you are planning on taking this class, don’t waste your time.
