I have been trying to find a restorative yoga class to incorporate with lifting since I am the least flexibility person there is and I’m looking to prevent past injuries. This was perfect, I definitely see myself coming again. The studio was also so calming after a long day at work.

Voir tous les avisLoved this class! The initial getting in was kind of cramped and hectic but I’m sure it’s not usually busy like that. This was so relaxing and I didn’t feel pressured to do anything I didn’t want to do in this class. I also loved how I was guided in such a soft way! Thank you Gena! (I hope that’s how you spell it)

Sangha, community not gym yoga. Sanskrit, harmonium amidst awesome music while breathing deeply to reach nirvana. Natural high. Jivamukti is not to be missed. 🌿
