Voir tous les avisMadhuras classes are great but it should definitely be specified that they are for advanced yogis - I struggled maintaining the pace and couldn’t do a lot of the poses. Still a fantastic class though!

Voir tous les avisI really like Lisa and I enjoyed her class. I do find it quite frustrating though when there seem to often be teacher changes - I think a lot of people go to certain classes because they’re being lead by specific instructors.
