The instructor was very attentive, kind, and sweet, which made me feel comfortable throughout the class. The studio itself was spacious, bright, and welcoming. Since it was my first time trying this type of Pilates, I really appreciated the guidance and positive atmosphere. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend it!
