The dark and loud room kept me from feeling too nervous. I would definitely recommend this to first timers like myself!

Arriving early helped ease my first class and I knew exactly what to expect and did a quick run through with the instructor before everyone showed up. I have never felt so encouraged and motivated by all the amazing women in the class and the workers. This is a gym to THRIVE at!
