Some parts of the class were a bit faster than I was used to but everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace. The temperature was perfect - warm but not too hot! I will definitely be back :)

The first 30 mins were slow and you learn the moves and how to make them intentional for your body, the next 30 are with music. The instructor was so informative, she made everyone feel welcome. She answered any and all questions and made sure class was calm and efficient. It is challenging, but if you stick to it it’ll be worth it. Definitely plan on visiting again.
