It was my first time here, the instructor advised me where the toilets and drinking fountain was but didn’t advise me where the mats and equipment were located which was a bit embarrassing walking in to a full class completely confused. Will still return though!

The workout itself didn't include enough regressions for moves, which didn't feel safe balance-wise. Offering more accessible classes would be a good option going forward to those new to FS8!
