Voir tous les avisHot Flow with Charlie was amazing! His form adjustments and modifications were perfect. I loved the music, his energy and calm vibe. I left both energized and completely relaxed. I’ve attended Y6 Hot Flow at several studios with other instructors and this was by far the best. The studio itself was nice. Small room made for a more manageable class that allowed for better personalized attention especially where form is critical. The showers were an awesome bonus to rinse off before I headed out. Highly recommend Charlie and this location.

Voir tous les avisExcellent class! The studio is so well manicured and clean, and I loved the heated barre class. Definitely not your typical slow paced barre class but that’s why I loved this class. It was a fusion of yoga, mat Pilates, and barre moves to target so many different smaller muscles that don’t get worked. I loved the backlit studio and the heat to encourage a sweat. Additionally, the instructor had the perfect balance between boot camp and supportive. The music was also very upbeat which I prefer. The workout definitely had me feeling it afterwards. It’s just a little tricky to find the studio, but that’s not their fault. Additionally parking was kind of tough since it’s downtown Del Mar, but again, not their fault. Overall it was an awesome class and I would definitely return!
