I’m still familiarizing myself with all these different styles of yoga, but I really enjoyed tonight’s class.

Voir tous les avisFirst time trying the sculpt class and sooooo good. 45mins is definitely enough time. We went through a full body workout/ burn! Filled with core, weighted arm series, spicy plank series to glutes, cardio burst with repetition to get the heart rate up, an all together flow and a HOTT core finisher. What more could you want?! Everyone walked out sweatyyy. Eric is fantastic with demonstration/ cues/ and options. Has become a fav local instructor!

I was very relaxed at the end of class and felt it was a very productive workout in terms of stretching and meditation. I learned how to focus on my breathing better and would definitely recommend this class and location! Will definitely return
