Voir tous les avisAmazing class, amazing energy, temperature of the heated mat room was great. Hot mat had some cardio rounds and nice resets, although still a challenge. There are showers, shower products and hairdryers. What a great start to the day :)

The smaller class allowed the instructor to be attentive to everyone and provide adjustments where needed. Really lovely studio vibe.
